By using Nuvella, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nuvella. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information in your profile
• You may not create multiple accounts
• You may not transfer your account to another person

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other users
• Post explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Use the app for commercial solicitation or spam
• Impersonate another person or create fake profiles
• Attempt to capture screenshots or record other users' content
• Share other users' photos or personal information outside the app
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app

4. Content You Share

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Nuvella a license to display your content to other users within the app. All uploaded photos are automatically scanned for safety compliance.

5. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium plans (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are billed monthly
• Payment is processed via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or card (Flutterwave)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@nuvella.app
• Pricing varies by country (Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda)

6. Safety & Reporting

We take safety seriously. You can report users for policy violations. We review all reports and take action including warnings, temporary bans, and permanent bans. We are legally required to report child safety violations to NCMEC.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nuvella is provided "as is". We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or any specific outcome. We are not liable for interactions between users that occur outside the app.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
